It is very dense and soft with a fantastic four-tone colour mix to give a more realistic look and feel. Combine this with a compressed multi coloured root base (which also gives that extra padding), you can see why it’s a choice favourite for those wanting to add some easy maintenance luxury to their garden.

Why use St James’ Park
We would recommend this is residential gardens where children, pets or even adults like to roll around and play. Its very dense and soft feel makes it a very enjoyable surface use. We have even had some very kind school teachers that have this installed for their children. It has a lush, yet natural green look making it our favourite product. The St James truly is the Rolls Royce of the artificial grass industry.

- Rolls are up to 25m long (Residential only) and cut to the nearest 0.5m on the length.

On bespoke orders that are cut to size, we reserve the right to not accept returns for Artificial Grass.
Any cut to size products that are accepted for return are subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase.
- Collection fee of a minimum ÂŁ35 (Or the same as the delivery charge if the delivery charge is greater).
- Re-stocking fee which of 25% of the order value.
- Products returned must be, unused & undamaged.
Any unused items such as, full uncut rolls or accessories may be returned within 5 days of purchase. Collection charge will be applicable.
Non bespoke items that are accepted for return within 7 days of purchase and are subject to the following conditions:
- A collection or delivery charge – minimum £35 (Or the same as the delivery charge if the delivery charge is greater).
- The item is unused and undamaged
- You have proof of purchase
Goods received should be fully rolled out and inspected before use. Any faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods should be reported to our sales team.
Please note: Products that have colour variation due to the product being manufactured in batches and this is not a fault.
Please ensure this is thoroughly checked before installation. Do not fit or use the product in anyway as you will then be liable for the costs and liable for keeping the goods. If the goods have not been used, we will offer an exchange, as appropriate.
We suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until a few days after receiving the delivery if you are using a contractor to carry out the works. This will enable you to check the goods and resolve any technical issues prior to their arrival.
